Push-pull train RE 15626 (Karlsruhe - Landau (Pfalz) - Neustadt (Weinstraße)), consisting of a type DABpbzf 762 cab car, a type DBpz 751.2 intermediate car and a class 218 diesel locomotive from Kaiserslautern depot. On Sundays in the summer time table period 1997, some RE trains between Karlsruhe and Neustadt were run with these new air-conditioned double deck cars instead of the usual class 628 DMUs; now class 611 tilting DMUs run here.
